When ordering pre-made and custom-made jewelry in the same cart and selecting expedited shipping within the U.S, we ensure prompt delivery by shipping all custom-made items with longer processing time via expedited shipping and all pre-made items with shorter processing time via standard shipping.

INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Customs clearance may delay the shipping process, this is totally out of our control, TrendyAdore cannot be held responsible for these delays.
All International packages are shipped DDU (Duties & Taxes unpaid), meaning these feels are not included in the price of goods purchased from our website. It is your responsibility to pay these fees in order to receive your parcel. We are unable to advise the amounts of what these feels may be, if applicable at all. We recommend contacting your country's custom office for an estimated charges & rates on packages coming from overseas.
USPS is our domestic carrier who passes it onto other carriers for international orders.
CUSTOMS DUTIES AND ADDRESS ACCURACY
It is the customer's responsibility to pay any applicable customs duties and provide accurate address information for their order.
In such instances, the shipping fee will be deducted from the total order amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the customer. Please note that the refund process can only be initiated once the returned package is received by us.

HOW CAN I SEND A GIFT ORDER?
All orders are individually packaged and shipped as gifts 🤍. Each piece is placed in an elegant white gift box or pouch. We also don't include any invoices in each package.

REFUND & EXCHANGE & REFUNDS RETURN
You have a 14-day window from the date of receipt to initiate a return. To start the return process, please send us a message through the contact us section
For your return to be accepted, please ensure that the item is in a saleable, unworn, and undamaged condition, with its original packaging. Please note that returns sent outside of this 14-day timeframe will not be accepted. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we do not provide a free return label, and the customer is responsible for the delivery fee of the returned items.
Please be aware that personalized orders cannot be returned, as they are specifically made for you. Additionally, earring and pierced items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Exchange
You are eligible to exchange your item within 14 days of receiving the product. To initiate an exchange, please send a message via our contact us page for further instructions. The item must be in a saleable, unworn, and undamaged condition with its original packaging when returning it. Please note that we do not provide a free exchange label, and the customer is responsible for the delivery fee of the items sent for exchange.
It's important to note that personalized orders are non-returnable, as they are specifically made for you. Additionally, earrings and pierced items cannot be exchanged due to hygiene reasons. Damaged items or those showing signs of wear cannot be exchanged unless they are in a resealable condition.
Faulty Goods
We take great care to ensure that all of our products are thoroughly checked before being packaged with care.
However, in the event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us via our contact us page or email dyodconsultingllc@gmail.com, attaching an image of the item in the message to expedite the process. Please note that this must be done within 24 hours of receiving your item.
If the 24-hour timeframe has passed since the delivery date, we are unable to assist, and the products will be considered as "misuse by the buyer”.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well. If more than 15 business days have elapsed since the approval of your return, please reach out to us through our contact us page.
